Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is applicable for purchases made on our website (propickleballoutlet.com) and is effective for a period of 30 days from the date of product receipt.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For refund requests, please send an email to propickleballoutlet@gmail.com , providing your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for return.
Timeframe for Return Requests:
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We appreciate your understanding. If 30 days have elapsed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund.
Return Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days, depending on your bank.
Important Considerations:
- Please carefully review our item descriptions. Note that the photo may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
- While we strive for perfection, occasional issues may arise with an order. In such cases, we are committed to assisting you. If the problem is a result of an error on our part, we are more than willing to replace or refund the item.
Our Limited Responsibility
- Faulty Product:
- We acknowledge responsibility if the product has a manufacturing defect. (This excludes custom pickleball paddle orders if the original artwork we received included defects).
- Wrong Item Sent:
- We are responsible if we send you the wrong product, color, or size.
Your Responsibilities:
In the event of an error, it is your responsibility to address the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your item if:
- Incorrectly Provided Address:
- Orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase are not our responsibility.
Return / Exchange Process:
If you believe an error has occurred due to our mistake, please accept our apologies. Your satisfaction is our priority. We are happy to replace or exchange items that missed the mark.
Exchange Request Instructions:
- Take a photo of the problem – If the issue is size, please use a ruler.
- Send an email with the subject line “Order #YourOrderNumber Replacement Request” to propickleballoutlet@gmail.com
- Include the following:
- The photo(s)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the issue
Our support team will respond within 1 business day, and return instructions will be provided.
Additional Terms for the U.S. Market:
- All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity, etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select when the item becomes available. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
- Refunds will not be granted if the customer submitted artwork that includes defects or inconsistencies. We are not responsible for any defects that happen due to incorrect artwork. We will print each custom paddle as is according to the original artwork that we receive from the customer. Once the mock-up is confirmed by the client, they agree that they have provided the correct artwork to us.
- Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the support email.
